- Door, strike, and frame inspection, we adjust before mounting the lock
- Removal of the existing deadbolt without damaging finish
- New smart lock installed and tested mechanically (manual deadbolt throw)
- Wi-Fi, Z-Wave, Zigbee, or Matter setup and ecosystem pairing
- Up to 10 user codes set up with you (housekeeper, dog walker, family)
- Auto-lock timing, geofencing, and notifications configured
- Battery-life walk-through and accessory recommendations

We give you an honest quote on the call before we dispatch, including any cost difference between installing a lock you supply versus one we provide. If we’re replacing multiple locks at once, we discount the labor on the additional doors so you save by bundling.
